The technicians worked all day in brutal heat to install central air conditioning in my older home. They were awesome and I’m loving the cool. Thank you Ross Heating and Air Conditioning!
On Thanksgiving morning, Our furnace took it's final breath. Obviously, not wanting to disrupt anyone's Thanksgiving, we braved the cold for the night and called Ross Heating and air to come out the next day to evaluate the problem for us.
The Service Technician Tony, arrived right when he said he would and in approximately ten minutes and troubleshooting figured out the problem was the blower motor had burned out. Tony was awesome and explained everything to me as he did it so I got a step by step instruction on what he was doing. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix the problem as he did not have the proper replacement part and would have to wait until Monday to order it. He did help me find the part numbers so I could see if I could find it myself and get it quicker, which I did.
I received the part the next day (paying out the nose for overnight Saturday delivery and after installing the unit as I had watched Tony uninstall it I have a functional furnace again.
