Dustin was very professional and repaired my AC unit as quickly as possible. He showed me where the circuit board had failed, went and purchased a new board, returned and had me up and running. Im thankful they could fit me in same day.
I cannot say enough about Ross Heating & Air Conditioning! Our air conditioner went out yesterday and the home warranty company we are part of had only two contractors in Reno and they were booked for over a week! It’s 100 degrees this week! I got permission to find my own air conditioning company from the warrant company!
There wasn’t any other company in Reno that wanted to bother with calling the warranty company or quite honestly didn’t really care!
Maureen Ross called me back first thing in the morning and did everything she could to get our air fixed immediately! What a class act! I am so impressed!! She was professional, friendly, caring, upbeat and just the best! She made me feel that there are still companies that care about people and not just the profit! I am so happy I got to know her and Ross Heating and Air Conditioning. She wanted to make sure we communicated throughout the day and even had me call her on her cell!

I would highly recommend Ross Heating & Air Conditioning. Our AC broke in the peak of the summer, and they came right away and installed a new system very quickly and at a very reasonable rate. He has since come and done maintenance service on our AC units and furnaces. Very efficient, honest, and fair. Will continue to use them!
Our air conditioner died last summer just before the big heat wave. I called Ross for no reason other than they were close by. Ross turned out to be owned by a young couple who, at that time, were working out of their house. The service man (and owner) arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part in his van, and had the air conditioner up and running in no time. My wife and I were fearing the worst while Mr. Ross was calculating our bill in his van but it was very reasonable. He even gave us a senior discount of which we were unaware and hadn't asked for. We referred our son to Ross and he had a similar experience. I strongly recommend Ross Heating & Air to anyone who is looking for honest, reasonable, and competent service.
Damian was great! Not only did he get the needed part in one day he made sure to get our heater fixed before the weekend. I will be definitely recommending them!
